Dot's Pretzels | Seasoning Facility

Dot’s Pretzels purchased a new 157,200 SF warehouse so they could expand their Kansas operations with 11,200 SF for general offices, 22,500 SF for the new seasoning processing line, and have an additional space of 124,000 SF to continue their growth and expansion of processing lines for this region. The facility receives baked pretzels from another local facility. In the Processing line they are de-packaged, loaded onto dual conveyors for seasoning, separated into two lines for packaging, and loaded onto pallets to be shipped out by delivery trucks. The main mechanical and plumbing equipment are accessed from a fully walkable ceiling. The project included major structural upgrades for the new mechanical equipment located on the roof and the new walkable ceiling.
